Patient Support

Once you receive your VED® system your journey to health, recovery and intimacy is just beginning. Physicians prescribe the VED® because of our reliable and innovative technology but also because they know Firma will be there to help you every step of the way. Our patient support services include private consultation and training, therapy follow-up and progress tracking through our unique VED-Registry™. Additionally, our Education Specialists are there to help answer questions and provide patient support. And best of all our support services are free to all Firma patients.

Four ways to get the most out of your VED® experience.

  • 1. Private, Personalized Consultation

    In the privacy of your own home, a Firma Education Specialist will telephone you to provide VED® training, answer questions and review your VED® therapy protocol. Additionally, you will be encouraged to participate in the VED-Registry™ by completing an initial survey and follow up surveys at 6 months and 1 year. Your participation in the VED-Registry™ is completely voluntary but can be valuable in helping to track your VED® therapy progress.

    Every Wednesday evening all Firma patients are welcome to take part our unique Ask Bill telephone call-in program. You can listen anonymously or ask as many questions as you like. Each program features different subject pertaining to the VED® therapy, training and provides valuable tips to help make your VED® experience easier and more effective.
